OSJ ℞ is looking for collaborators for various research projects with the central action being microdosing medical cannabis flower to treat specific symptoms.

THE INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT:

Drug: Pre-Ground Medical Botanical Cannabis 

Device: BRAZIER MDI-P™ Metered Dose Inhaler-Pipette & Mill Dispenser system 

Method: 1/8 teaspoon (70mg vol.) titrating per microdose of pre-ground cannabis flower separated by 15 minutes or more, doses, as prescribed.

As a standardized method for inhalation of thrice filtered botanical cannabis that voids HPHCs, the BRAZIER MDI-P™ will serve as an ancillary tool for dose titration using PK/PD modeling to establish and evaluate dose-concentration-response relationships and subsequently describe and predict the effect-time courses resulting from a microdose of cannabis flower, where cannabinoids and related compounds like terpenoids and flavonoids work in concert to achieve an entourage effect.
