This observational study of “randomized compartive-effectiveness trials of dry herb inhalation” is on the (Hormetic Effects of a Microdose of Botanical Cannabis on Mental Health Interventions, and Pain Management, Including Opioid Replacement Therapy on Adults, Seniors, Veterans & Athletes), seeks to establish a standardized microdose of botanical cannabis for use in a Metered Dose Inhaler-Pipette (MDI-P), with considerations for use in other Pulmonary Inhalers, i.e. Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI), Dry Powder Inhaler (DPI), or Dry Herb Vaporizer. 

The observational study will follow up the mechanistic studies of recorded dosing schedules on THC/CBD ratios, optimal dose (sweet-spot), and route to pain phenotypes. The ancillary study will contribute to a greater body of botanical cannabis research by using metered dose inhalation that addresses limitations on a standardized inhalation method and a standardized dose, and more importantly, a microdose to mitigate cannabis use disorder. Observations of Wellness activities will be conducted in real-time, and real-world settings.
