Combination Therapy

TRIAL OBJECTIVE

OSJ Rx Combination Therapy Clinical Trials will use Combination therapy that utilizes talk therapy and titrating microdoses of botanical cannabis targeting strains with specific terpene and minor cannabinoid profiles to increase treatment efficacy (leveraging cannabis, cannabinoids, and related compounds i.e., THC, THCA, CBD, terpenes, flavonoids, etc., to achieve an entourage effect.) whilst limiting doses to microdoses to inhibit tolerance of medicaments within treatment. The idea is to use PK/PD modeling to establish and evaluate dose-concentration-response relationships and subsequently describe and predict the effect-time courses resulting from a microdose. The intake of clinical trial participants will include extrapolating symptoms associated with pain, and/ or mental health, current treatments, prescriptions/ methods of consumption, diet, & exercise.
